Return Policy

Cool Enterprises Inc. takes pride in our quality and service.  All orders go through a thorough inspection process as well as packaging for shipment.

Due to the nature of our products:

  1. All sales are final. No returned product will be accepted without prior written authorization.

  2. All product returns must specify item quantities and reason for return before authorization is provided by Cool Enterprises, Inc. All returns, except products returned due to shipping errors or manufacturing defect, are subject to a 10% restocking charge.

    Customer errors in ordering subject to a 10% restocking fee. Unopened boxes accepted within 30 days of purchase. Prior authorization from customer service is required.

  1. Custom orders approved by the customer may not be exchanged.  An order placed from our Custom Cool Condoms customizer is considered a custom order.  Please examine your delivery immediately to be sure you received the correct quantity and no products were damaged during shipping.
  2. Product returns, once approved, may be either exchanged or issued credit that will be based upon the invoice cost of the product(s).
  3. All returns must be in full or unopened cases and shipped freight prepaid by customer (exception: damaged merchandise).
  4. Cool Enterprises, Inc. warehouse will refuse any return that does not comply with above procedure.
  5. We never resell returned Condoms.
